The Dark Side of Educational Leadership: Superintendents and the Professional Victim Syndome

We are pleased to announce a recently published book by Walter Polka professor at Niagara University and Peter Litchka Assistant Professor at Loyola College on their collaborative book , The Dark Side of Educational Leadership: Superintendents and the Professional Victim Syndrome published by Littlefield. The book is based on a 2006 research study conducted in the states of New York and Georgia U.S.A. Initial reviews have been excellent in praise of the publication.

    This sound very interesting. Dr. Polka offerred some great insight when I had him as a professor at NU. Looking forward to picking this one up. And Congrats to Dr. Polka!
